Sweet Scabious 'Salmon Queen'

Scabiosa atropurpurea
In a 1931 seed catalog, sweet scabious 'Giant Loveliness was described as a soft, delicate salmon rose, a dead ringer for 'Salmon Queen,' no doubt. Mounded puffs of lightly honey-scented flowers bloom from midsummer to fall, adding their soft glow to the ambiance of the cottage garden.
