Please contact us within 6 months of order receipt at if you have a problem with your seeds or plants. We will gladly issue a replacement, house credit, or refund, at our discretion. Please note that losses due to weather, animals or neglect are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipment Claims: We guarantee that our plants will arrive in good condition and will thrive in your garden once planted and cared for! Most plants will recover quickly from a few injured stems during shipment, but if the damage is substantial, please let us know right away. In the rare event that you receive a damaged plant shipment, please keep the box handy and contact us. Be sure to include your customer and invoice # from your packslip.
