Larkspur 'Pink Cloud'

Consolida regalis
This lovely larkspur conjures images of a cloudburst of cherry blossoms in sugar pink and light rose. The wiry stems hold the blossoms in an airy embrace, and the bloom is not fleeting but continues all summer until fall is not far away. It's one of our favorite new varieties from the farm trials.

PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
Nothing could be finer than to have clouds of pink petite flowers to set off larger-flowered spring and summer annuals. Larkspur 'Pink Cloud' is a great filler for bouquets too! Blooms all summer in moderate heat areas. A fall sowing can be made in zones 6-7,when they will germinate and establish before winter and most likely live over in all but the most severe winters. They can tolerate some heat and drought but perform best where summer nights cool down. Caution: handle with care, all parts contain toxic alkaloids.
