PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
Fast-growing and spreading by rooting runners, 'Silver Falls' is best spilling from containers or as a ground cover in well-drained sunny gardens. Best in sandy loams, it does not thrive in heavy, water saturated soils.
Watering Details:
Tolerates some drought, but performs best when watered regularly; a little less than an inch per week is sufficient. Do not allow the soil to become soggy.
Soil pH:
Not particular about pH levels.
Fertilizer:
Mix in a few inches of compost or granular organic fertilizer prior to planting and feed with a liquid fertilizer monthly if desired to promote further growth.
