PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
The dried flowers of this aromatic herb have been at the center of remedies for insomnia, nervousness, cramping, stomach problems, skin ailments, and more since ancient times. Gather the abundant apple-scented flower heads in full bloom and steep fresh or dry for teas. Its ferny light green foliage and a wealth of gold-centered daisy flowers make it a valuable annual in vegetable gardens or cottage and informal meadow gardens. Deadhead or harvest to reduce self sowing.
