We love heirloom geraniums and, over the years, have collected many uncommon gems. Some have quaint single flowers of airy petals, unlike modern cookie-cutter geraniums with huge blossoms that do not age gracefully. Some, like our old-fashioned scented geraniums, possess bewitching lemon rose or peppermint essences in their leaves. Others have bright multi-color leaves, a botanical wonder only enhanced by the richly hued or pastel blooms. These heirlooms step out of the Victorian era to be right at home today on your windowsill.
