Nasturtium Seeds
Ancient herbalists called them Yellow Larke Spurr, named for the jaunty spurred flowers in bright shades of yellow and crimson. Nasturtium's large seeds make it a good choice for budding young gardeners. Sow them in the garden where they are to bloom. Less fertile soils and plenty of sun encourage profuse blooming, with flowers rising above the foliage. All make excellent cut flowers and lend a spark of peppery flavor to salads.
