PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
Native to Australia, Ammobium is an interesting plant that grows in masses along borders and dry garden edges. Its weaving, winged, and almost succulent stems curve upwards to display papery, bright white flowers with golden centers at their very tips. Winged everlasting is a popular filler in bouquets and can also be dried for use as winter flowers. It looks especially nice when supported by the stiff stems of a golden gloriosa daisy, or mingling with Agrostemma 'Ocean Pearls'.
