PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
A rare gem for garden edges and containers, Venus's looking glass has starry blue-violet flowers that close upon the threat of rain and twirl open again in the sun. It performs best in the cool spring to early summer weather or, in warm winter areas, in fall. Sow twice a season to extend the bloom.

About 1" per week, more during especially hot/dry spells.
Soil pH:
Not particular about pH levels.
Fertilizer:
If soil is poor, mix in a few inches of compost prior to planting.
